Choice and Control Support is a small independent Service Provider operating on the Gold Coast and in surrounding areas.

We have the skills, knowledge and industry experience to understand support needs and are here to help you navigate the complexities of the NDIS and implement supports that can help you achieve your goals.
We welcome referrals from individuals with Psychosocial, Intellectual, Physical, or Neurological disability, as well as people living with Dementia.

Our rates are determined by the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
To offer participants best value for money, we bill for all services in 6-minute increments
Our Approach
When we receive a referral we will:
- contact you within 24 hours and arrange to meet in a place you are most comfortable
- take time to learn about you, your life, your interests, and your goals
- discuss how we might support you to optimise your NDIS plan
We can then:
- support you to understand your funded supports and flexibility within and across categories
- work with you to creatively explore and identify services that can help you achieve your goals
- help you negotiate with providers and understand service agreements
- assist with referrals for assessments or assistive technology requests
- communicate with service providers on your behalf if required
- support you in planning ahead for your scheduled plan review, or submitting a request for an unscheduled review if you are unhappy with any part of your plan or have a change of circumstance.
Throughout services we will focus on building your own capacity to enable you to coordinate your own NDIS supports in the longer term.
